Welcome to FJA. I can think of no better time to be leading a college preparatory Jewish high school, and the Frankel Jewish Academy in particular. Parents value our mission and the excellence of FJA’s academic program. They recognize the grounding that Torah’s timeless values can impart.
In the decade since FJA opened its doors to 51 students from diverse religious backgrounds and prior school settings, we have educated nearly 500 students. Academy graduates are making their mark: on college campuses; in the fields of law, science and medicine; in education, the arts and Jewish communal life.
What makes an Academy student stand out? What is it about FJA’s curriculum that promotes the self-confidence, strong Jewish identity, and intellectual capacity that so many comment is a hallmark of our students’ character? FJA is both an academic and religious institution. We are committed to educating our students in mind, body and spirit and we marshal the financial and community resources to support an academic program that challenges adolescents to be the best they can be and supports them every step along the path.
The Frankel Jewish Academy's philosophy is unique among the nation's Jewish day high schools. Our school’s academic and Jewish studies programs are organized around four pillars of thought and action. We are an intellectually open high school, committed to halacha (Jewish law), devoted to the State of Israel, and dedicated to the values of the United States of America.
Without question, FJA offers what no other high school can. It's why our students say, "Coming to FJA is the best decision I ever made." I invite you to learn more about our school.
