Process: |
The Multi-Year Flexible Tuition Committee reviews the completed FACTS applications in the order received and determines a family’s tuition obligation for one to four years. The Multi-Year Flexible Tuition Program award is based on a family’s financial profile. A letter will be sent from the committee stating yearly amount of the Multi-Year Flexible Award. |

Tax Documents: |
Submit by mail to the FJA Business Office: copies of your 2009 IRS Federal Form 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ Individual Income Tax Return, including all supporting tax schedules, C,E, F and 2009 W-2 Wage and Tax Statements. If applicant and co-applicant file separately, we require both tax returns for the same tax year. State returns are not accepted. |
