The Application Process

The following checklist is provided to ensure that you complete each important aspect of the admissions process.

A completed application for admission includes the following:
        
[ ]  Applicants must schedule a visit to school to observe classes.

[ ]  Background Information
[ ]  Parent Questionnaire
[ ]  Student Statement
[ ]  Official transcripts from middle school (and high school, if applicable) attended
[ ]  Principal or Guidance Counselor Recommendation
[ ]  Current Math Teacher Recommendation
[ ]  Current English Teacher Recommendation
[ ]  Jewish Professional (Rabbi, Cantor, Jewish Studies Teacher, Youth Group Leader, etc.)
[ ]  $75 Application Fee
        -Please make checks payable to the Frankel Jewish Academy.  
        -The Application Fee is non-refundable and not applicable towards tuition.

Interview and Testing
[ ]  Applicants and parents are required to have a personal interview.
[ ]  Applicants are required to take the High School Placement test.  
  Refer to Admissions Important Dates for the next test date.  
  Please call the Admissions Office to schedule a test date at 248-592-5263

Deadline For All Materials
[ ]  January 31st
Late applicants should complete the process as soon as possible and will be reviewed based space available and if they are mission appropriate.

Deadline For Financial Aid (Flex Tuition Program)
[ ]  March 31st
It is essential to get your financial aid application in on time. Submit all necessary forms to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment prior to the March 31st deadline.
