A completed application for admission includes:

  1. Student Shadow Visit
  2. TADS Online Application
  3. Required Documents (download forms from TADS)
    • •  Official transcript from middle school (and high school, if applicable) attended
    • •  Principal or guidance counselor recommendation
    • •  English teacher recommendation
    • •  Math teacher recommendation
    • •  Jewish professional recommendation (Rabbi, Cantor, Jewish Studies teacher, youth group advisor, etc.)
    • •  Student writing sample
  4. Application Fee (payable online through TADS)
    • •  $75 before January 31 and $100 after February 1
  5. Admissions Test
    • •  Applicants for 9th and 10th grade are required to take the High School Placement Test from Scholastic Testing Service. Refer to Admissions Important Dates for test dates and registration instructions.
    • •  Register here – access code is ZI.
    • •  $20 fee
  6. Student and Parent Interview
    • •  You will be contacted by our Admissions Office to schedule your personal interview once your application is complete.

Deadline For All Materials

January 31, 2017 is the priority deadline for application to Frankel Jewish Academy for the 2017-2018 school year. Applications received or completed after this date will be considered on a space-available basis.

Deadline For Financial Aid – Multi-Year Flexible Tuition Program (FTP)

After the March 20th deadline, applications for the Flexible Tuition Program will be processed as we receive. It is essential that you submit your financial aid application as soon as possible. Please make sure to provide all necessary forms to FACTS Financial Aid for School Tuition.
