Welcome From The Athletics Department
Frankel Jewish Academy believes in the importance of exercising the body as well as the mind and soul. Our athletics program, utilizing the outstanding facilities of our campus at the Jewish Community Center, provides students with the opportunity to enhance their physical well-being. Students develop team-building skills that transcend the athletic field or court. Many of our alumni hark back to their sport experiences as a skill set that they utilize in their work life. Participation in our extensive list of fall, winter, and spring interscholastic sports is a highlight of the Athletics program.
Close to two-thirds of FJA students play at least one sport during any given semester through our membership in the Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA). See a full listing of our interscholastic sports on our team page. Students also participate in athletics classes during PAL.
