Natalie Bloom ’13

Natalie graduated FJA in 2013 and went to the University of Michigan where she studied Political Science and Middle Eastern North African Studies. She is currently getting a masters in elementary education from Johns Hopkins University, while participating in Teach for America.Natalie is a 1st grade teacher in Washington, DC. While in college Natalie was incredibly active in Jewish life, in particular pro-Israel causes. She is grateful to FJA for helping her find her voice in the Jewish community and teaching her the importance of being a Jewish-American. Natalie has learned to take her unique perspective and apply it to a multitude of situations may it be related to the Arab-Israeli conflict or education inequity.
